Two Boots Pizza In Hell's Kitchen - Pizza Meets Art (The Dude)

It’s been a long wait for Hell’s Kitchen residents (like myself) who patiently have been wondering - what is going on behind this mural of the dude??

Wonder no more - the Hell’s Kitchen location of Two Boots, on Ninth Avenue between 44th and 45th Streets, should open within a month confirms Brooklyn locals and interior art designers for the new pizza joint - Jonathan Denny and Asa Jones.

Jonathan Denny (pictured above in an only suiting clown nose) works throughout the night (on a Friday!) to put the finishing touches on the artwork that will decorate the inside windows of the HK Two Boots locale.  Done entirely by hand and an array of brushes, this Brooklyn team (who says they only work together) give us extraordinary imagery from the franchise’s famed menu - which includes;

The Dude (of course), Mr. Pink (Reservoir Dogs) , Melvin Cooley (The Dick Van Dyke Show), Larry Tate (Bewitched), Bayou Beast (the gator), and Cleopatra Jones (we know her better as Foxxy Cleopatra from Austin Power’s ‘Goldmember’).

Not pictured - Asa Jones - and the flames that will be all beneath the window art to represent Hell’s Kitchen - Bad. Ass.
